While the player rolling the dice, the shooter, shoots, the other players places bet on his dice rolls.

People play craps in rounds; the first roll of a new round is called ‘come-out-roll’. The second round starts with a point or seven. To begin, the player must establish the bet table minimum on either the ‘pass’ line or the ‘don’t pass’ line. Craps strategies include getting a 2, 3 or 12 on the come-out roll; it is called ‘craps’, which in turn ends the round with the other losing their pass line bets.
